I love Eastside! I have a very busy life with three kids and a full time job, so my visits to the Studio is my time. Wendy is amazing and I feel totally supported when I am there. I love the strength training sessions using the suspension staps. I especially like the sessions in small groups as it makes it more fun. We have a laugh and get strong !! I love it.
