REFORMER PILATES

PILATES BRINGS BODY AND MIND TOGETHER

Reformer exercises can be done lying down, sitting, kneeling or standing on the carriage. The carriage is moved by pushing off from the foot bar or by pulling the ropes attached to the far end. Resistance is created by the springs and your body weight on the carriage.
