Eastside studio is not your typical gym and has been providing personal training and group fitness since 2013. We offer a supportive, personalised and motivating training environment, ensuring your training experience is transformational, helping you to meet your fitness goals.
As everyone has their our own individual training needs we offer a broad range of training options to suit every one, including Pilates and Power Plate however personal training is our key service.
At each session we focus on you! We evaluate your strengths & weaknesses and tailor training programs that meet your needs and include Cardio, Resistance, Strength Training,
Stretching as well as Power Plate and Pilates.
TRAIN WITH EASTSIDE STUDIO
With one-on-one training, the focus is on you and you alone. Our facilities are small, non-threatening and uncrowded, in other words, not your typical gym. Our studio is a place where you can feel at home and receive the one-on-one exercise and coaching sessions you need to succeed.
